So, I've got a little alleyway/thicket area behind my house that looks to be an ideal spot for a few plants. (I have pictures, but....public area and all...?) Nobody goes back there other than myself and the dogs, but it does border a neighbor's fence. (8' tall/solid wood/covered in vines/nobody cares.)
I scattered some seeds out there the other night, so I guess we'll see....I figure on the odd chance that anyone does stumble back there (not likely, I bought the place nearly a year ago and not a soul has been near the area) and decides to blow the whistle, I'll just play the idiot - "Oh, REALLY? Huh! Whaddya know, POT plants, you say? Well officers, to tell you the truth, we never even go out back, as you can see it's overgrown and not tended to! My guess would be maybe the folks that used to own the house? Doesn't that stuff grow WILD, as well?"

What do you think, no big deal or a fool's gambit?

Yeah, I'm opting for feigned ignorance....besides, with legislation moving along/changing constantly, who can really say one way or the other; could be declared legal for medical usage before long.
(I meet the criteria several times over, unfortunately.)

It's not as if I'm some fucking dumbass kid growing in a dorm closet or a friggin 'major operator'....just enough for my comfort/medicinal needs....the presumed legality of this PLANT infuriates me...

This grow is a real guerilla grow.

Got to drive miles down a gravel road, get on a trail only a 4x4 can go down for miles and then have to pack a Jon boat over a quarter mile to get to it. I'm fixing to order an inflatable raft. Lol.

IMG_20160616_210023847.jpg IMG_20160616_210821893.jpg I have more but didn't take pics. It is a swamp infested with poison ivy and oak. Infested with copper heads, rattle snakes and cotton mouths. Pics aren't really on my mind. Lol.

I used enough water crystals out of train pants to hold about five gallons of water each plant. They are in super soil.

A few here, a few there. Hard work. I was ready to quit but a good friend wanted to learn. I decided to show him.

A new idea has hit me. Next year I will build 3ft tall swamp tubes out of 36 inch wide culvert.

I will carry in a couple of deep cycle batteries and small solar panels. I will use a DC water pump on a timer. Make it water them once a week.

Come in one time and set them, forget, come back to chop.

That IS desolate/safe! See, in my case, it's a 1940s house in one of the city's original neighborhoods. I've got a bit of privacy out back, but I'm also around 6-10 blocks from downtown, something I've considered....
;)

I'd like to show the place, but I'm a bit sketched out about showing it in an open forum...can't people (scumbags/narcs) use 'Google Earth' or whatever and hone-in on locations?
Maybe a few select PMs, heh...

If your place is distinguishable I wouldn't post it in the open. If you want you can pm a pic and ask any questions.

Main thing is pay attention to the sun. Southern exposure is key.

Smell is another issue. I would go with sativa dominant fruity smelling strains. C99 is a great plant. Fast flowering sativa that smells like pineapples. I lost a cut that smelled of only fruit.

You fan control height easy enough. Use other foilage to hide them. I like vines. Let them grow right into the plant.

Bury a drip ring with a length of pipe connected. It allows you to water without bother the plants.

You would be surprised how well you can hide them. As long as you don't cut a trail and mash down the growth around them you will hr fine.

You can even get fake flowers and clip each flower off with a inch or two of the wire. Wire the flowers to your pot plants.
