It's my first time growing, She's 3 months old and I just learned about fimming and trimming.
Never really did anything other then nutrients.
Can anyone give some advice on what I should do, anything comes to mind would be great help, and how to get more colas(also learned about it today)?

Be careful of stalk. If it’s woody it could break. Be careful while bending.
Do I prune the small branches and leaves first at the bottom or tie it down first?
Or I can do it at the same time? Cuz I heard you shouldnt shock the plant to much.

That plant would be 7 ft tall at least if it started flowering now. Looks like a long-legged sativa and those can reach the sky.

How much in the way of grow lights do you have? You could transplant to a larger pot and put that rootball in at a 45 degree angle then rig a screen over it and veg the branches longer and tie then down to the screen and run them around as they grow until the screen is near full then flip to flower for a decent ScroG grow. You'd need to be able to cover about a 3x4 or more area for decent light coverage but could get a great yield.

Something like this one I did a while ago. I had the screen flat for the earlier part but dropped one end to make room for some other plants. Was in a 2.5gal pot and I laid it over in a 7gal pot and filled 'er up! :) I have another tall one right now in the grow room I'll do the same thing with soon.

I'm about to move her indoors, and the space is really small, I cant let her grow more then 5 feet, I prepared 2 hps 400watt lights for her.
I haven't pruned her yet and she has only one colas.
I plan on trimming her down first, then doing low stress training for the side branches to grow more tops(not sure if my knowledge is correct), then start using the 'fuck I missed' method for more colas to grow for a higher yield.(please let me know if there is something wrong with my plan)

Winter is almost here in Madagascar and I dont want to keep it indoors for too long.

Why don't you let it flower outdoors?
How short do days get there? How cold?
You will have a hard time as a new grower indoors with a giant sativa

In about one month time, temp is gonna drop to 15C day time and 10C at night with day light around 7am to 5pm it will be dark. And I cant let it grow giant, out doors people will see since I'm second floor in an apartment. And shes on the balcony.
I didnt even know she was sativa, I just randomly found the seed in a bud and took care of her.

That's a reasonable plan. How much side space do you have like in square footage or meters if you like. I work well with both.

You could literally chop it down to two or 4 side branches, throw a screen over it and veg for another month or so tying the grow tips down to the screen until the screen is decently covered then flower it as a ScroG. One 400W could do a 3x3 screen really nice or even 4x4. Tehn you don't have to worry about height at all. Just got to whip them girls hard and bend them to your will. Or supercrop it like @xtsho showed you above.

I've been mostly growing those tall, spindly sativas for almost 2 decades and have done horrible things to them and they beg for more! :D

I just use sheep fencing for my ScroGs and bridge gaps with wire to lead grow tips across the big square holes. Tying the branches down with short pieces of twist tie. I prefer that over weaving thru the mesh so I can easily reposition a branch if I want or at cropping time lift a whole branch off for trimming. No fancy frame required and a waste of good PVC or lumber IMO.
