its sunday in the UK and my lights gone out shit !!!

i'm about 3 weeks into my 3rd grow with lights on 24/0 for vegging i wasn't here yesterday so i just checked em and my 600w was off the ballast was slightly warm so i guess its only gone in the last 2-3 hours how do i know if its the bulb or the ballast?
I've got 1 23w cfl that I'm gonna hang over em for now but how long is a bulb meant to last?
this ones done nearly 3000 hours its a dual spectrum sun master bulb and the ballast is a 600w maxi bright
any help please because now wheres open today and i think ill have to order the bulb

most hydroponics shop are open on sundays so maybe grab a yellow pages?

no luck but ive found a shop near where im working tomorrow that have the bulb i want so one day under a little cfl aint gonna harm them is it?

sounds a good life for that bulb, time to buy...

It's probably better if you just have them in the darkness until you can get that bulb...I wouldn't worry though, a single lights out incident isn't nearly enough to cause any damage! GL and Happy Growin'!

its probly gods way of saying get a new bulb LOL

it works again now????????? maybe the ballast is playing up its got a 10 year warranty anyway and what is the life span for a bulb? ill still get another bulb tommorrow anyway
