I had a landlord go in my place when I was gone and then served me an eviction notice for "the trees in the spare bedroom"...served eviction notice the very day after I had just given him 2months worth of rent...he thought he was gonna fuck me outta that $$...
Luckily they were within days of harvest...so i bust ass inside and chop everything and relocate it to a different drying location...clean up n pack up all growing evidence and move it as well..in case he wanted to be cute n call the law...because I wasn't going anywhere until I used up the 2months worth of rent I had just given him...
Told him do whatever he has to do I'd look for a place....moved out 2months later...fuck him...
My landlord now grows in her pool area and makes me edibles regularly...much better situation....
