I harvested the girls, they managed to survive with little correct help from me. They were a hardy bunch. I was definitely over watering, here is a pic of one of the buds and one of the 3gal root balls. The soil is wet from a flush.

Beauty of a bud ... when did they start turning purple, were they always .. at the end..?

I deleted that previous post about bud color, here is a pic, seed with tap root planted may 17th this pic was taken June 20, this is 1 week into flowering

Buds are fluffy, fragrance is like none I've ever smelt. Almost like an herbal tea,,,, but with a kick when ya hit it! The buds are curing now three of the four plants are weighed. 94 grams of bud. Purple kush gets jarred tonight and I'll weigh it.

Total weight for the four plants definitely wasn't outstanding. 4.5 oz of dried bud. Yum yum

Just a follow up to all who offered advice. I still have 2 photos that I'm flowering now. I was able to learn quickly from my 4 autos and with help from this website and some reading....... I've been able to keep these 2 big girls healthy. I've been able to read tge girls somewhat and give them what they've needed. These 2 afghani #1's have a shit load of bud sites.

No, vegged 5 weeks under cfl's and then under the vipar spectra600 as is now also. No HPS for me! To much heat that I can't exhaust

It's been over a week. Is this normal? Seems like it's just getting tall and not forming leaves. Seems to be growing slowly. My soil has been wet for a while, maybe that's the problem. Help anyone?

Over a week since sprouting?
What light source? Lower the light whatever it is! It is stretching for sure. I'm really new to growing but,...I can see that. If you think you are over watering, you probably are. Be patient and see what happens. Lower the light

It looks thin also.... You need some air movement

I have pretty good air movement, I'll try lowering the light. Also, I haven't been giving it an nutes, just the the ffo soil that already have nutes in it. I thought maybe it was good enough alone. Was I wrong?

I'm using 300w led. About 18" above the plant ... no good?

Sounds like you are doing things the right way, maybe it's just a weak plant
