I just can't figure out this whole nute thing. Everyone seems to give contradicting advice. So just by looking at a picture of the problem what do you think? I've included all of the info below the pic. Much thanks for any and all help in advance.

What is your experience level? Third grow.
What type of hydro set-up are you running? Ebb and flow buckets.

Your Equipment:
A) Type and wattage of lights? Three vertical bare bulb 1000w HPS.
B) Distance from tops? 10 inches at closest.
C) Reflector type? Vertical bare bulbs.
D) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, andschedule? Three 1000w, 2100K, on 12 hours a day.
E) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? Sealed room, 1000-1100ppm CO2.
F) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? Circulation fans.
G) Size of reservoir? 30 Gallons.
H) What medium if applicable? Hydrocorn.

Your nutrients and water:
I) If using rockwool for clones or seedlings, did you rinse the cubes well, with properly ph'd water? Yes.
J) Source of water? What's it's ph? RO filtered. 5.5-6.1 pH.
K) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages and current feeding schedule? DutchMaster Gold Range Zone, 0-0-0, 2 mL per gallon. General Hydroponics CaliMagic, 1-0-0, 2 mL per gallon. General Hydroponics MaxiBloom, 5-15-14, 1 Teaspoon per gallon. Flood every 3 hours of lights on.
L) What is the ec/ppm of your unadjusted tap (or filtered) water? 0.06 EC.
M) What is the ec/ppm of your nutrient solution? 2.1 EC.
N) What is the temperature of your nutrient solution? 69-74 °F.
O) Does your ec/ppm show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check? 0-10ppm rise daily.
P) Does the ph fluctuate? Rises about .1-.2 pH daily from 5.5 pH to 5.9 pH. Usually stops rising after reaching 6-6.1 pH.
Q) Do you foliar feed? No.
R) How often do you replace reservoir water/nutes? What does it look like before changes? Change after the res level drops below half. Plants seem to be drinking 1/2 gallon daily.

Your growroom:
S) What size of closet, room or hut? 5'x12' room.
T) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? With lights off? 75-85 °F, 35-45 RH.
U) Have you seen signs of insects in the grow room? No.
V) Are the roots long and white, or brown and slimy? Long, white/tan/pink (maybe nute stained?), not slimy, stiff.

Your strain:
W) What strain are you growing? Headband/Sour Kush, Chemdog D, Larry OG x Pre-98 Bubba.
X) From seeds or clones? Clones.
Y) Is this an autoflower strain? No.

that looks like it could be a few things honestly. 1st of one being root rot. 2nd would be a potassium deficiency & or phosphorus IMO of course. Here is a good place to sort of diagnose your sick plants. Hope this helps.. http://www.growweedeasy.com/marijuana-symptoms-pictures

It's very hard narrowing down probs such as this as every strain has it's own quirks. In my opinion It looks like the plant is leaching the N from the leaf, so it could be lack of N or it could be you started using bloom nutes a tad too early and as a result locked out the N, it could be lack of light if it's in the middle or bottom of a dense canopy. How far along in bloom are you? Are the damaged leaves at the top or bottom of the plant?

I am now on day 27 of flower from flip, about 22 days from first sign of flowers. It seems the damage depends more on the size of the fan leaf vs its position. I've included pics below:

It may be root rot. The roots do not stink (smell like cucumber) and are not soft but they're tan/brown and some are pretty easy to tear off.

Anyway you can fill the buckets to the top and run as cold water as you can?

60-65ish.....

Try to increase root aeration using more bubblers... Make sure your ph is PERFECT.

You're actually doing great... My biggest concern would be increasing aeration and getting bucket temps down.

Bucket ebb and flows suck.... IMO!!!

Cause if you get rot in one..... The entire system is borked...

With a 1x system if a bucket is borked, you just remove it with out fubaring the rest.

The best way to ebb and flow is in tables, IMO!
