Hey look, the white guy from Georgia who doesn’t believe voter suppression exists in his state, also doesn’t like Tiger Woods.

Big surprise.
as a golfer or as a person? you got to admit you wouldn't beat him at golf as a person he has done a few questionable things..remember when his wife chased him out the mansion with a golf club- he was cheating..sex addiction..now there could be a point here.

I remember when a young Tiger Woods opened his personal tribute museum to himself the week before Jack Nicholas opened his after a lifetime.

I remember everybody saying Tiger Woods would be the greatest golfer that ever lived and that Jack Nicholas would be forgotten.

Now that Tiger is washed up for good, let's set the record straight -

Most Majors won in Golf:
Jack Nicholas: 18
Tiger Woods: 15

That's game, set, match and not being a narcissistic asshole that thinks he's the greatest ever half way through his career, Jack Nicholas.
Jack Nicklaus is the greatest golfer of all time, not even close. Top 3 finishes in majors tells it all, Jack 46, Tiger 25. Tiger might have been the most gifted player ever but Jack was not only gifted with talent, he was as clutch in big moments as they come.

Jack's grandson was a damn fine fullback for the Noles. He came to a few home games to see the kid play. That was back when I still cared about the pointy ended ball games.

He was smart too. He never let his emotions get the better of him.

Tiger is, was and always will be a spoiled brat. It has always been his undoing. One thing goes wrong and he starts throwing golf clubs, blaming everybody but himself and falls apart.

More talent than anybody I've ever seen but the brain of a spoiled brat millennial with a furry fetish.

Got it. White guy smarter than the black guy.
White guy cool under pressure, black guy let’s his emotions get the better of him.

I see a bias. Anyone who’s followed golf in the last 25 years would know your assessment of Tiger Wood’s mental abilities on the golf course is total bullshit.

If he follows golf he has a bias against Tiger for some reason.

To question Tiger’s mental toughness is simply asinine. It’s the reason he is one of two golfers mentioned in discussions of GOAT. I have nothing against Jack Nicklaus. I used to like him before he took out a full page add in the newspaper supporting trump.

Nicklaus has more majors so far but Woods has more victories. Any discussion about the GOAT should include the fact that Tiger Woods won the U.S. Open with a fractured leg. Whether it should help him be considered the GOAT is debatable but what’s not debatable is the mental toughness required to do so.

Good luck in the pool this weekend. Sure hope you don’t regret not picking JT.

i guarantee jacks' dad never yelled as loud as he could during his downswing like earl did. mentally, tiger by far.

GOAT discussion is tough. id go with jack simply for the majors which i think describes the "best" golfer only that almost all golfers agree that winning a major is toughest. but tiger is 1B.

Tiger isn’t done yet and the fact that most of the damage was on his right foot, there’s a possibility he could return and catch the 18 major championships. Unlikely but if anyone can do it, Tiger Woods can.

Agreed though. He has to get 3 more majors to be considered GOAT.

you think tiger will play the champions tour at 50? or is he done? guess how these injuries heal up is paramount

I’m sure the tour and all the players on it hope he does. It would probably increase the purses. It would certainly drive a larger TV audience. Interesting to see what he does but I wouldn’t be surprised if he declined. He won’t be happy if he can’t compete at the highest level and he probably won’t need the money.
