jars in or out?

Hey I just harvested my plant 1 berry bomb let it try out for about 4-5days till the stem snapped (had a little bend to it still) I'm wondering when I burb my jars should I take the bud out for about 20 minutes a day twice a day or should I leave it in the jar just with the lid off?

Take it out for 10...or lid off for 20.GL.peace

Eat lots of fiber if thats what you are after-Or do like I do and take metamucil twice daily....Dank shit within a week.
