All three of the above plants are at about 8 weeks and look to get 10 before they are taken.

They are going to be soooooo good!

Thanks TC.

The other plants are all at different stages of bud development,
with Cheese just starting out:

While Psycho Killer is a tad wan, it is really setting up nicely:

I was stoked to be reminded of it's having Jack the Ripper in it's parentage.
This is where the "Lemon Pledge" pheno comes from.

I have mine crossed for ya too man! I have yet to get anything lemony.

Did I tell you I let my cheese go. As great as it tasted and smoked, it just got way to branchy for my garden.

I like to report that my tent is more than 4' square, LMAO, but that it all
it really is....I am like stretching in my mind. I really wish that the ceiling
was higher too. I will just paint the windows and light the room in sections
at some point.

I have to take at least 2-3 plants out to get a good look at all of the ladies,
but I am gentle with them. I did this this very morning. I like to be able to
give each lady a lift, as that is the only way to really know how much she is
feeding/needing.

I seem to really learn which plant is sensitive with each of their first feedings
during flowering (recall that I am perpetual, so these happen all the time).

...it suck to have to find out with a few crisped leaves, but, other than Purple
Wreck, every breed has managed to make a great harvest anyway.

I am going to shit to using EC and the KoolBloom and just maintain a log
of the # each plant is at. I need to step up my game.

I hear you TC....I dropped several amazingly(!) strong breeds from HSO
because their flavor did not justify keeping them. (including Blue Dream,
and Lemon Thai Kush)

I am left to wonder how they might have done if left to go a good deal longer.

....but...then aaagain...I just did that, for this reason, knowing these things,
with my HSO Green Crack...and it popped balls when pushed too far!

Now, it was spotted immediately, and the harvest is much appreciated,
but this plant is best remembered as a *very* early finisher.

Take care,

JD

I ran HSO pineapple skunk and thought that the flavor intensity did no jibe with the smell and I was slightly disappointed, but like you JD, I've committed to being more patient....in retrospect, 2 more weeks would have probably got me there.

A big reason is that our generation was specifically impacted by the drug war initiated by Nixon, whose primary goal was to be rid of the scourge of war protesters.....pot smoking hippies. What it has become is a war emphasizing the least harmful and derailed or ruined hundreds of thousands of lives, mostly from our generation. This is a big reason why our generation has pushed the change. We have seen peers and families messed up over a beneficial plant all to fuel the prison slave labor force. The drug war is nonsense and finally we have people from our generation becoming empowered to do something about it.

Sorry about the soapbox, but this issue gets me fired up.
i could not have said it better:)
i made it back i still have 4 pants alive in the first patch they had flowered and were re veging so i topped them and will see how big we can grow these bitchs this year. i put out 6 more clones in three more patches. my boy went to the camp to and got to shot the 9mm and a 22 pistol. he also got to dive the four wheeler. needless to say he was happy as a pig in shit:)
JD plants are looking great man.

L-M-A-O!

My bro made some bubble hash with some trim of mine.

I was going to put some on a bowl, when I checked it...
IMG_3730.JPG

I think that I will put this into a BHO tube for the next blast,
and that after taking all visible hairs out of it.

I must give him the bad news....cats vs. hash

i find its not good idea to scrap girls after a first run...especially from ceed, once cloned out and run again they usually take on a more mature/different flavour ect... also i find different nutrients can bring out different tastes and smells...jm2c
I completely agree here, I've got a cut that just seems to get better and better each time. First run with her I wasn't that impressed but now I'm very glad I saved her.

think its something to do with the maturity of the cut? also if your room is open to variables in environment...dif temps..ageing bulbs ect

Well I know some cuts can cure the throwing of nanners, ie. dog from bb. I change my bulbs ever 6 months and my temp's never fluctuate more then 4 degrees up or down. Usually never does, ducting runs straight in and filter runs out, it's a stable environment. The only thing that changes in my setup is the amount of water I use or what strain I'm running.

But I really think it all goes down to genetics really. Idk I'm stoned so who knows what I'm talking about honestly....

LOL, thanks team, yeah, cats will be cats.

Scroga, you raise an interesting idea. I have kept Super Lemon Haze, for now,
and might try it again. ...but I can easily add that there have been other breeds
that I thought weren't keepers but that I am very much looking forward to trying again.

I just might try a SLH, to see of the ball thing goes away....but it was not a very lemony
pheno and that this might be the case was something I knew was possible with this breed.

On an up-note, the signs are that my Jack's Cleaner 2 is very lemony. :0)

I have up-potted several of the new sprouts.

Thanks for the good word Z!

JD... I took a sample cut from Kosher Tangie over the weekend. I think this is one worth adding to your stable brother.. I blazed a blunt last night. Heavy tangerines flavor with earthy/kush undertones..and this with no cure. The next 2 weeks will be an extreme test of patience....
