just posting this grow for shits and giggs i guess seein what everyone thinks and showcasing my grow show
so. info..

tropicana cookies x animal cookies
stomp purps (not ripper clone from a friend)

growing in a gorilla grow tent shorty series 5x5
lights 2x 315cmh luscious lighting 4200k veg/2wk flower, 3000k sunmaster full nova and 3100k ushio for bloom and 10,000k illuminar for last 7-10 days
1 x 240w meizhi cree cob600 and 1 x 120w meizhi cree cob300 (true wattage)
planted in 1 gal pots for the start then upgraded to 4gal pots a week or so before flower.
temps 78-81 day 68-72 night
grown in promix bx
nutes : gh rapid start for early roots while still in rapid rooters switch to emerald harvest 2 part for veg then 3 part for bloom.
water: ro/filtered water 50/50 mix. ppm 60-80
supplement cal mag and silica when needed
using microbial mass and dynomyco
had this up on the general thread but more suited for the journal i suppose.
damn that ipower backup bulb on the left. it sucks. just waiting for my #2 from a cheap canadian company that really delivers on the quality. tried out their brand on a whim as a back up bulb and it paid of now its a 'starter'

most plants have taken off now the true vegging time begins

march 7
transplanted into 4 gals on the 5th but they didnt take kindly to it. soil was a bit cold and they were underwatered. also my main res had an issue with the heater and temp dropped to 58° of coarse i didnt notice and fed with cold water but they picked up now for the most part

just trying to keep the canopy even and fill it out nice.
pretty much ready for flip on sat. couple plants are a little smaller than id like them to be but because im running multiple strains (that I havent grown before for the most part) some plants are 100% indica and others are hybrids. so there will be some height discrepancies later on. thats why i did the cages rather than a net so i can move plants around based on their heights. eg taller plants on sides and back shorter plants direct under light

nice. got my bulb today. a day early. bravo canada post.

day 4 of flip

so first time using ro the while grow and just learning about calmag deficiencies. noticed they needed some so just gave a light feeding today. with silica. 30ppm silica 100ppm calmag. they seemed to respond instantly. you can really notice the plants structure changing and loading up.
canopy filling in nice. little lazy on my part but not too bad overall

1206w total now. need to raise cobs in the back. weekend project....
definitely need to watch for signs of light stress now. but the silica should help.

i know what your thinking. thick right? its ok ive been lazy a bit still training and will knock off a few scraglers still.... tmrw prob when i have some time. looking good. one week into flower
still have to defoliate a bit. clean up the bottoms.and space out the 'colas to be'

first day of week 3 from flip to 12/12
the lemon ice is stretching like a bitch. i knew some strains would be taller than others but its gona be a struggle keeping these ones from getting close to the lights. slowly keep bending them down through the days hopefully tame them a bit. little stretchy but i had that ipower bulb in which sucked and it got warm here for 2 weeks so my temps were closer to 82 so i think that aided in the stretch. should be alright tho. looks like ill get about a joint or two

did some defoliation got the bulk of the fan leaves outta the bottoms. cleared up for.light penetration and air flow

i guess no one cares until they see some dong shots
