I strongly suggest that everybody gets familiar with John "the engineer" Turmel.
He has a 90min video on youtube.
He has "legal kits" on his site.

Spend some time reading and listening to what this guy says. It could be a game changer!

Finally some arguments the government can't refute easily by ordering netherland weed. I loved the part where he didn't say that HC was providing fraudulent and misleading information.
Cool guy, who is obviously excited about this shit, wish Conroy looked that happy and confident. The way he set it up, sounds like he doesn't have to win all elements and he can add new ideas as he goes along. Also got the impression that the respect for Conroys fight was lacking. Going after the schedule is the genius of his fight, IMO. We'll be signing up for over $350,000.00 claim too. This is a fight that could potentially free marihuana, at least for patients. Must watch for those who have invested in a grow. John Turmel is great, and he wasn't asking for money, though I would support him.

I'm surprised more people haven't heard of him already. He's been fighting the system for years, trying to legalize gambling, prostitution, and cannabis. He also appeared on an episode of Dragon's Den a few years back that got some news coverage. An interesting guy with some interesting ideas. If anybody actually manages to get a permanent excemption from the CDSA using one of his kits I'd like to know. I'd much rather have a real and permanent excemption than sign up for an MMPR bullshit excemption. Different strains for different pains for different gains!

Don't you love how LP's can terminate service for financial reasons? So if I'm not ordering enough and someone else has the means to pay for more than me, they get to keep my medical documents and tell me to get lost. The kicker is they really don't have to justify it.

I guess I have the answer to my question about personal genetics - only heard of one may be willing.

Is anyone thinking of filing?

I would like to try it, But here's my concern.
Right now only HC knows I grow. If I file and win great.
But if this does not work. Now anybody (cops) can see see my name and claim with the freedom act.
If I was planning to stop growing this would be ok. But since I plan on continuing to grow I want to stay hidden.
Hope that make sense.
I will wait and see if it works for others.

Is there a deadline to file?

I don't think there is a deadline but maybe that's a question we should ask him. I may send him an email about filing after SC decision, which is what I assume Rusty is talking about waiting for. I'll wait until morning if you can think of something else to ask him.
