His posts are worthless. I've been living here for almost 2 years and I've been looking for an intelligent conservative to have a conversation with, a person who can intelligently argue their position without resorting to race or religion. Guess what? Zilch. There is a budget surplus In this state so what is dictating policy?

There are already laws against this type of predatory behavior. If predation is occurring, regardless of the perpetrator, it should be reported. That is already standard practice.

If no transgender people have been denied bathroom rights, then why is this an issue? In the past they've chosen whichever restroom, for whichever reason, and no one was the wiser. But now suddenly society feels as if it should have a say as to where Caitlin Jenner takes a tinkle? Are you kidding me?

1) I find it my business when my daughter comes home from grade school and says daddy, when jenny came in the bathroom today, she had a dick. we seen it.

Don`t tell me what policies the school lays down are none of my business, what the tranny does to make him a tranny is none of my business. A tranny is a person pretending to be the other gender and is not grounds or Government protections or special Rights.


2) I`m afraid you are mistaken,... pretending to be someone you are not, insisting that I accept, and dress the role to receive special treatments for your actions,...are indeed grounds for harassment.

my position here is that what North Carolina is attempting to do is wrong, and that no new laws are needed that would seek to discriminate against a certain group of people, or those laws that seek to undermine existing federal law.

North Carolina's governor recently signed a bill (a lonely old bill) that is attempting to usurp an already existing federal anti-discrimination law.

if you want less legislation, then don't support the NC bill. simple as that.


i don't support laws that make it ok for predatory men to be in the women's bathroom, those are words that originated from you. i support the right of transpeople to choose a bathroom according to their sexual identity, and to use it for it's intended purpose, same thing as i do. i choose a restroom, i do my business and i'm out. no big deal.

I dont support either one... I dont support what Obama did and I dont 'SUPPORT' a bill in the NC legislature that has nothing to do with me.

In school you don`t have a Right to pee, you have a place set aside to do so or I would have pee`d on some teachers. Why is it you feel that there are no consequences for this kind of behavior ? Shoving it in my face and saying too bad, accept it and deal with their behavior,....isn`t gonna cut it. I have as much Right to oppose someone`s behavior as the next guy or tranny.

I don`t recognize "Gay Rights" there`s no such thing in our Constitution to allow it.

Women's bathrooms are all stalls. even in the men's room, how often do you find yourself gazing at another man's junk? hm, maybe you have some unresolved issues to deal with yourself... BUT, given a situation where a person was waving their junk around a public restroom, the authorities should be called and the situation dealt with. waving your junk around is sexually predatory behavior, we have laws against that kind of thing.

i don't think anyone is asking for government protections, special rights, special treatment, et cetera. people are asking not be discriminated against for their beliefs, seems to be a popular train of thought in America.
