Here’s my current first time auto grow, and first grow in general.

4 strains. 47 days from seed.

1) Black Jack Auto- Sweet Seeds
2) Blackberry Auto- Fastbuds
3) Purple Lemonade Auto- Fastbuds
4) Candy Cream Auto- Seedsman

Attached are pics of the Purple Lemonade, Black Jack, and Trichomes in the BlackBerry. It’s getting smelly and buds are starting to fatten up!

Do you have a picture of the whole plant? or all your plants?
She’s at 9 weeks from seed, got amber popping up all over, that’s why I only used water and not calmag or anything, she’s not happy with me but I don’t want to add stuff if I’m going to chop her soon.

how many more weeks you going? I’m just curious as I’m comparing to mine. Coming up on week 8, and each strain is at varying stages. But some look like it’ll only be a couple weeks for me. Others maybe 4-6.

I only have 2 autos in my tent, so the smaller one in the picture will get the chop probably Sunday or so, the bigger one still has a couple weeks. Then after that I will flip all the other plants to 12/12, got 2 emerald bay perps and 1 sour urkle all csi gear and a welchie and a dynoberry from @thenotsoesoteric.

My girls seem to be (might be) having an issue and I was curious about cal-mag because this is the first grow I've used it in addition to the regular nutes. Three look great and the other three look two weeks behind the three good ones. Hell, they're growing like sativas which OG is indica dominant.

Yea it’s my first indoor grow and auto grow, so everything is a learning experience for me.

I grew for 10 years when I lived in Vermont, but back then it was all HIDs and clones. This is my first grow since around 2001 and also my first auto. Its been a trip so far. I thought they were all dead seeds when they hadn't sprouted by the 4/5th day. Three weeks in they were about the size of a pack of smokes. Then in about two weeks, they got so big, if i didn't train them they woulda been as tall as me (I'm 6 foot).

Sorry, new grower here. Can you explain the reason/method behind darkness for a day?
I’m pretty sure the college in Amsterdam did a study on it, they left one plant in darkness and another not and the one that was left in darkness for 24 hours had more trichomes and frost, now I’m not completely sure but I’m sure you could google around and find more about it but I think that’s the jist of it. Someone around these parts probably knows for sure, let me add this is only done before taking the plant down.

I’ll look into it, thank you!
