What? I'm not sure where you're from but here in america a roach is the resinated end of a joint thats basically all smoked.

By any chance do you mean like a round piece that you put into the end of a joint to keep it open and keep the weed from falling out? Cause if so, then no.

There's my roach! I dropped it the other day and couldn't for the life of me find where it went. Thanks. ;)

peace.

i'm guessing he's asking if anyone sticks a little rolled up peice of paper or whatever in the mouth end of the joint. i actually just started doing this about 6 months ago and i'll never go back. it makes the joint better. for starters you can roll it much tighter and still get a clean full burn. it eliminates getting any herb in your mouth, it eliminates the mouth end getting all gloppy with resin and making a mess. my only beef is that i am a scavenger when i run out of smoke and it now takes 7 roaches to pack a bowl instead of 2 or 3, but it's still better this way.

lol, put the front 1/8" tip of a cigarette in like a filter, the weed stops burning when it reaches then end and it saves your fingers and lips.

I have a half pound margerine tub half filled with roaches :)

A lotta people I know that smoke a lotta doobers, save them in an old coffee can or something similar. Then when things get tough and bags of weed are in short supply, they can dig into the old roach can and smoke up. You can get really destroyed doing this, especially if you have saved a lotta different types of roach-strains.

The only drawback to this is some people don't like getting their hands 'dirty' and to dig through old roaches.

Now back in the day when I first started smoking weed, I used a roach clip a few times, just to see what it was all about. The roach clip works, but for me, it was just one more thing to have to worry about as far as paraphernalia and such.

i have always hated roach clips. to me, if you're gonna smoke it down that far you may as well just hold it and get yourself some callouses. it doesn't burn after there's a callous and you can't see it or anything. i've always just found roach clips so clumsy to use. and without a finger buffer i burn my lips. maybe i'm just doing it wrong. i just hate them.

The term for pieces of rolled up cardboard plastic etc in the ends of joints are called "crutches" dunno why. Really big in Europe where they mix tobacco and buds.

Also people often use cigarette cardboard containers. You can get a good amount of crutches out of one box and the cardboard is flimsy and easy to roll.

Noobs. :D

Yeah, the lid of the cigarette box, there is a flap folded underneath and thats what I use. I was hoping someone was going to say something about that. No sense in spending money on something to hold a joint. If your that high maintenance might as well vape.

I just roll it in a paper and smoke it until I'm done. That's just what we've always done around here. But then, I still wear an onion on my belt.
