It's the kid's fault for being stupid. It's the cop's fault for being an ASSHOLE. Why was it necessary to make the deal go down at a school? What did the police stand to gain by bringing more charges on a young'n? 10 bucks says the cops asked for the crack when it wasn't part of the deal just to get the kid in more trouble. What need in terms of punishment and justice was there for exacerbating the situation? Isn't it great how the police protect and serve us by purposely and maliciously tricking people into committing worse crimes than they had originally intended to? This is not how a police force serves the community and aids the justice system. This IS why so many people like to say FUCK THE POLICE.
