Enjoy a few pics . Proud of this, my mrs hates it so I only get 5 mins a day max to go in and do what I need to do.
Im outside in a shed, fighting RH , low temps and insects. It’s good fun! 4 plants, seem to be going ok. Have a heater and humidifier in there helping me.
feeding bio bloom, bio heaven, bigbud and top max ....should I be adding all these in or are they similar to each other. My moto is feed little but often, so only 1ml per L of each

Enjoy!
Errrg!!! I feel your pain on the issue of time. The lady of our house gets the same way. She just doesn't understand or care about the time it actually takes. Or maybe we don't and we spend too much time with the plants.lol. The plants don't bitch at you for spending to much time with her though, do they... so????
Sometimes it helps to remind them to remember, how much money you save growing your own.
Good luck friend!

Are you uk based ? Would be good to know what climate of UK shed grows are like.
yes, south England area. So, I run the lights at night and the temps are around 25/6 , RH is 45 .... then lights off in the day and temps around 19 , RH is at 60 currently but I’ll drop that.
It’s worked really well thus far, obviously the shed breathes as air gets thru the wooden panels so their is air in and air out naturally , although I pull air in via a fan . It’s not 25/7 tho . It would get too cold

obviously my worry is the winter cold . At the moment I’m getting by and I have 7 weeks to go. Other factors were light leaks and then having the light show at night . All things I’ve fixed. Bugs haven’t been an issue yet. I spray a preventative mix when lights go out , a few times a week.

This was all an experiment that I thought would be too tough given conditions , but it’s worked with the help of the dehumidifier as it does too things .. takes water out of the environment and puts hot air back in

Sounds good although i am at opposite end of the island so temps will be a good bit different. Currently constructing my own shed so have considered the things you talk of at the design stage. I imagine my biggest enemy will be cold and humidity. Will let you know how i get on.

Cold will be your issue . I suggest light off during the night and off in the day to help. A dehumidifier produces heat and does it’s job with RH . U should be ok but get a decent size dehumidifier. Good luck !

I'm growing in the shed . Aslong as ya have oil radiator ya should be fine . Mind if not insulated and sound proof boarding ya might struggle.
My space is 5ft x 8ft but then I have another 7 ft x 8ft that I use to restore bikes as a cover from the neighbors as shed is at bottom of the garden 27mtrs away from the house :bigjoint:

That’s awesome. Looks clean and nicely done. Far better than my bodge job lol
Ya just have to do what ya can and use what ya have , I had a lot of equipment robbed so been out the game a year . Well looked after a friends grow and got a 3rd of final yields (2 crops) anyhow had to borra, heater , intake and exhaust fans and 1 600w hps to get me going. Then built a room inside of the shed so now that they away I can just do finishing touches at later date . Still got to put the rest of the c5 tape around the walls yet :o but before that stick have to do a little more board work .
