So I just wanted to reach out to my folks in Florida to remind you that medical marijuana is back on the ballot as Amendment 2. Yes on 2 is the theme and you can find out more about how to get involved at http://www.unitedforcare.org/ Please help in any way that you can. There are thousands of sick people in Florida that can get help if this passes. We almost did it last time but the opposition was well funded and went on a campaign of lies and misdirection. We only lost by 2% last time around. This time we WILL get medical marijuana to patients in Florida. Thanks

Just last week or so a guy was collecting signatures for the cause right at the front entrance to my work ( hospital) security ran him off..smh

I'm making sure my entire family votes for this! I have health issues and need this to pass!

I just moved here and I can't believe Florida is so behind!

My dad has cancer and my mom has IBS so that's why I got involved and it would be a great help for so many. A lot of times, the people who need cannabis the most are the least likely to have a black market connection. They will benefit from legalizing medical marijuana greatly. And people like us who love the plant and the process of growing it can benefit as well. It really is a win-win situation. Make sure you get as many people on board as you can. And thanks for your support.

I agree. I live in constant pain but I saw my sister loose her life because of OxyCodone so for now, I live with it. It's crazy that you can get such a dangerous drug legal but not a natural plant that has never caused any deaths. I'm a mom of 5 kids and scared to use the black market.
I'm counting the days until this passes. If it doesn't, we may have to look at the legal states for our new home.

Have faith, and stay strong. I know living with chronic pain is very hard on the body and mind. I was in a car accident 10 years ago and I was stuck in a wheelchair for a year, so I understand. And it would be a real shame if you had to move to do the legal status of marijuana. We will win this battle. We Will give patients what they need. Join the fight at unitedforcare.org

Florida is the only state in the union that 58% is not good enough. But we will get the extra 2% we missed and a lot more. Keep spreading the word. Enlighten people about the truth and minds can be opened to the idea of marijuana as medicine. I talk to a lot of people everyday and I bring it up a lot. We need to spread the word to the people who would otherwise vote no.
