I am nearing 40 and have titanium in my neck and pins and my shoulder from a rotator / scapula repair, if I were living in a MMJ State would it be rather easy for me to get approved with past medical history?

most states are only wooried about the fee's there is always a doctor ready to help you get medicated

you could likely get approved for a ingrown toe nail

Colorado USED to be the state of choice...but no more. The asshat politicians did a power grab and passed all kinds of 'laws' that nullify alot of the basic rights that our own state constitution Amendment 20 granted. :finger:
NJ is the worst, without a doubt, and you cannot even grow your own. :-(

I have massive amounts of titanium myself and over a dozen 3 inch screws, so I know what your talking about. Good luck, and do your research carefully!

If cannabis really helps your condition then consider Alaska. We do not need a med card to grow or possess in our own homes. Sure there are limits, but stay within them & you cannot be busted. Simple as that.

Eh, I lived in alaska for a bit, and the cops really REALLY dislike people growing. Had to cite the law in order not to get arrested more than once... Best place by far, and always has been, is California. So long as you don't live in the central valley or any other uber conservative section, weed is practically legal. I got my 215 for literally no medical reason, I just said weed makes me sleep better and the doctor told me what to write in. Another one of my friends had something go wrong with his back due to water polo, and he was able to get a state card and is allowed to grow up to 99 plants. So I would say CA is your best bet, plus if prop 19 passes then you won't even need a card to grow your own supply.
