i smoked for about 6 years. i had a gf at the time i decided i wanted to quit. but she smoked and we were always together, so i kept smoking. she got an e cig, which i wasnt really into, so i only hit it every once in a while. then i just stopped cold turkey. but really the e cig wont help u if u dont really want to quit. u just need to realize its something u dont need in your life
