I have four plants in cups at the moment because I'm going to transplant them outdoors in a month or so, but my question is this, two of them are about 3 - 3.5 inches tall, where as the other two are under an inch, they all look fairly healthy though even though the taller ones seem like they are stretching. They were put into the cups i think about 4 days ago after using the paper towel and two plates method of germination. Any ideas why two would be so short and the other two so tall?

Well sometimes male seedling tend to stretch moe than females, but if they arent he same strain that could be why. plants not getting enough light stretch.there are many reasons, dont be to alarmed as long as they stay healthy
