Just what in the Hell R these

Just wondering folks why are these banana looking things growing in my buds. Have I waited to long to harvest did I feed wrong what! I have seen this before and not known if it was something to be concerned with or ignored. Should anyone have some insight please let me know. Or should they be harvested now?

They are male flowers. They literally call them bananas. Some plants just do it from genetics. Others from stress.

Not much you can do about it now.

Yup those are nanners, the best ya can do is take a pair of tweezers and pluck em out. It's happened to a lot of us at some point. Good luck

Yes, pluck them with some tweezers. give a little spray of water first so nothing can get airborne just in case any pollen is present.

How far along are you? Do you have anything else flowering that's at a different stage? If that's your only plant and you're getting close to harvest i wouldn't bother plucking. Seeds need healthy fresh pistils to pollinate and time to develop seeds. I have a few sativa leaning strains that do the same thing late in flower.

This should be week 7 or 8 all I know for sure is the smelled really strong now not so much and as long as I have been doing this I still can't get it right. I'm a slacker who don't keep records.
Soooo, just wondering because these are clones is the plant may be trying to replicate? a bit far to reach but producing 1 or 2 seeds at this point wouldn't be too bad I guess. Can you guestimate by pic how much longer I should wait to harvest... don't want miss that window.

Thanks for response has those that happened to yours end up having seeds like Attikus112 mentioned or because you picked off everything was okay just wondering because I'm thinking I'm close to harvest or have gone past it and now the buds doing something else. Don't know what. So what happened in your case?

Could be caused by 5 or 6 cycles of cloning?

Seeds generally take 6 to 8 weeks to fully mature. I'm not able to tell how far along you are from the photo, there are a fair number of brown/red pistils but that's not necessarily an indicator of maturity (could be handling or pollination). Do you have a 60x+ hand lense to look at the trichomes? I generally harvest when most of the trichomes are cloudy with some amber.

Edit: just saw your other post, if you're a week or two from harvest i wouldn't expect any noticeable seed formation. Male flowers can be caused by stress but some plants naturally produce them late in flower probably as a last chance to procreate.

I'd be picking those out with tweezers.
