thanks man. N today was a bust for pics. I had to run around n pick up a couple of things here n there, n its my birthday today, so i kinda got caught up in the hooplah n hype of birthday-ism, so i ended up just oogling at some boobies, smokin on some bud, n eatin some ribs, lol.

Tomorrow around 3pm though ill take pics nice n early so i dont fuck up n miss another day, hehe.

Wifey bought me a new 4x4 flood tray, a pump, a new timer, n a couple bulbs, so things turned out alright in the end. Man, im almost 30 now....im gettin fuckin old god damnit!

Welcome DL. Preciate the patronage, lol. By the time im ready to do a full run of cuts from these moms, ill have my full setup done the right way, all 4 tables up and running, both my 1k lights down in the basement, n it'll just be a cleaner op in general. So i hope everyone sticks around to see the transition Every grow i've done since i started, ive just kept on changing and improving things until ive gotten to the point where i wanna be with the setup. And then i change it again, lol. But im pretty sure that if i finetune my flood trays, and im satisfied with how they run for me, i just might keep them running for a little while, rather than changing everything right away as soon as i can fiscally handle it, lol.

Anyway, i ramble. Sorry bout that

Yea bro actually believe it or not im strongly considering trying the EbbandFlow thing. Maybe a small table for experimental purposes to see if i can do it. If not no harm ill stick to what i know. Ive been playing with coco cups and its great actually. All except for one things. Ive seen a few gnats recently and im not to big into bugs man. But i really do like the idea about having individual pots and being able to move them around at will.
Anyway man. Ive been doing some elite stuff too. Ur going to be highly impressed im sure. DANK smoke man. And some beautifull plants.

Thanks man I'll be sure to take extra special care of these lil biddies. I AM trying out new nutrients though, but im not worried about that at all. Botanicare puts out some high quality product, so i have full confidence that as long as im careful with my measurements, my shit will turn out even better then this harvest im pullin down in around 2 wks. IF for some reason im not happy with Botanicare's shit though, i do have alot of Humboldt County's own's line of nutes, which i was going to use this time around, but held back due to Stinkbud's formula and how interested i got in his setup. So i'll be using his formula, only with Ebb/Flow. *fingers crossed*, lol.

Hey DL, man let me tell you this. Ebb/Flow is the easiest method of growin dope ive ever tried. It's all about getting your measurements right, and as long as you can do that and read a digital meter correctly, then your golden. If you can keep a tub full of water at a certain pH and ppm level constantly, then you can grow pot with a flood tray. Best move i ever made. I usually tell people that its sort of a bitch at first dialing in your system, but for me it was kind of fun playing around with all this new equipment, lol. It's much cleaner than soil, and yes the benefit of being able to move your pots around whenever and wherever you need to is awesome. I know that caution is common when switching to something you dont know, but if your planning on getting all the way into the pool eventually, then why just get your feet wet first? jump on in man, the water's amazing!!

N i've heard nothing but awesome reviews of Elites gear, with the exception of maybe two haters total, and i dont even think they actually grew his shit out. So i think i'll go with all of the positive shit being said, and end up being one of the motherfuckers that are able to showcase some dank ass nugs, lol.

Hey TC! thanks man. Hope it's a fuckin fatty dude, cuz that's what my ass is burnin, lol. I rolled up a FAT ASS Optimo today with some cured Sour P nugs. I wasn't able to cure all of my bud unfortunately due to time constraints, but i DID manage to cure up a half oz of the P. Theyre only two weeks into curing, and the difference is fucking crazy. I wish i would have cured everything else, but fuck it, lol. I harvest again in just about 2 wks, so ill set aside at LEAST 1/2 lb to cure up and do right this time, after smokin this shit.

After it dried, the Sour P kinda lost it's citrusy lemonheads smell to it. Took on a deep chronic smell, but also had a very faint undertone of that "im still sorta wet" bud smell, that i just couldn't get all the way rid of. After a week and a half in the jar, that smell went away, and it just had the chronic smell. After about another half a week, even that smell is subsiding, and giving way to that fuckin DANK smell. That one of a kind smell that's just the trademark of all kind bud.It's faint as hell right now, but im guessing that the longer i keep it in glass, the stronger the smell will come back. I'll take a pic of a couple model nuggets that have been in cure tomorrow.

I've been lookin for that shit for a while, trying to get my bud to smell like that, and i guess the only way to do it is to fuckin cure up your buds, lol. I never fuckin listen to people man, seriously. I just do shit my own way, n fuck it up, until i figure, what the hell, n just try it everyone elses way. N when it works i smack myself in the fuckin head every time, lol. You'd think i'd learn by now to just listen to the more experienced people..

Anyways man, thanks for the b-day wishes, n I'll be gettin at you real soon here dude. Just a couple weeks n its on like donkey kong, lol.

--Sorry for the lengthy reply, n im doin an update right now, so stay peeled. Nothin huge, just a couple group shots so you can see that theyre still alive n well. Im sure the action will pick up soon, lol.

Ok, so here's the update as promised. The babies are growing, slowly but surely, just as expected at this stage. Theyre healthy, and even my little runt nubbin seedling is slowly beginning to emerge. I switched out the Space Queen runt with one of the other crosses, just so i could get it out of a direct beam of light, so maybe easing up on it a bit would encourage it to grow out little by little. It's beginning to work after a week of frustration. I just figure if its not dying than it can be repaired, lol. So by doing this, the middle plant in the Chemdawg D cross is a SpaceQueen runt, and the middle SpaceQueen baby is a Chemdawg D cross. Im keepin track of them, dont worry, lol.

So, sorry shit's not super exciting yet, but theyre movin along at a steady pace. I'm happy as long as theyre healthy as shit, and im not seeing any real signs of stress or imbalances, or stretching. So hopefully in another week, i'll have a node or two of growth from the little fuckers, n we'll be able to get the preverbial ball rolling

Man, This website is awesome. When i first came here, i was a chump that didnt know anything about growing at all. Over just a couple of months, i learned more than i ever thought i could learn about growing GOOD dope, and i was also given the skills to be able to find my own answers eventually (thank god, lol). Because of ALOT of awesome people on here and their willingness to help me along, i am where i am right now, and am still progressing. Anytime i get a chance to give somebody a word of encouragement or just a kind word in general, i dont hesitate to do it man. I aint no saint or anything by ANY means at all, n Granted im not on here as much as i used to be and tend to generally keep to my journals, whenever i run into somebody i make an effort to be just as cool with them as everybody was with me when i was just a N00b. pH'd water pretty much. i DO put in my rez about 1/2 dose of Clonex solution to encourage faster root production. They're responding pretty well to the clonex - that stuff is REALLY gentle on root systems, so dont be afraid to use the stuff if you feel that you need a boost getting your seedlings to go off.

I'll probably start in with 1/4 or 1/2 strength Botanicare pure blend pro veg solution next week. The rate of growth is pretty steady now, so as soon as they get a couple more nodes, ill start in on the nutes, and begin to top them about a week after that.

Nope, I'm growing them out in a rubbermaid Brute container that I've converted into an aeroponic grower. It's just like my cloner but with fewer holes. That container can hold 15 mother plants if need be, and it's a 20gal container.

Once they're big enough to start taking cuttings, I'll begin growing my clones out in my ebb/flow setup, which right now Is Three 3x3 flood trays and two 1k lights. I'll add a 4th tray when I finally need it, but I'm getting awesome light coverage right now with just the three. Not too shnabby, lol

I'm also doing elites gear. I got the sour banana , the sour chem, and the tahoe cracking at this time. Trying to establish a few mothers myself. Gonna run a time laps show the best I can once I get things going. I still got to figure out how to post a few pictures here. Some one pm me on that.

What's the Tahoe cross your growin out Link?? Just curious what other Tahoe crosses Elite is doin. N i've been eyeballing that Sour bannana man. I wanna grow that shit out REAL fuckin bad sometime soon, lol.
