Kannabia Mataro Blue Auto Smoke report.

#1-Strain:> Mataro Blue Auto


#2-Appearance:> blueish green calyxes with very small bits of purple on some of the calyx tips, very visible trichomes, dense buds very dense, took a little longer to dry some buds than im used to.


#3-Taste:> Delicious!!! Especially those green hits from the pipe. The taste lingers for a minute with fruity sweet hints. I usually enjoy the flavor for a minute before taking a second hit.


#4-Aroma:> sweetish rotten fruit like smell in the jar, pretty much how kannabia described it.


#5-High/Stone type:> Very enjoyable stone with mild couchlock effects. Makes me grin and wanna chill. I really like the high, and it lasts at least 2 hours. Its a brainy high that you can feel behind the eyes and in the forehead.


#6-Overall Rating:> Id give this a 7, but mainly because of the long flower time.. I run 12/12 from seed, and i believe the regular mataro blue would have been chopped weeks before this one. The high is a solid 9. I have 3 more of these seeds and will definitely use them at some point, but im getting the real mataro blue on my next order.


#7- Flower time:> total length of grow was around 100 days or so... not sure exactly but i harvested all regular strains a week or so earlier that were started the same day. All but my acapulco gold was done before this on 12/12 from seed.


#8-Would you Reccomend:> I would recommend because of the very enjoyable stone.

I'm going to order some Kannabia strains next time I need seeds. I may try this auto from them too. What was the yield on this?

it was close to an oz, pretty close to the avg they said... but i used a 6 inch pot tho, which i beleive is a lot smaller than most people use... the buds on mine were pretty dense and the size of the bud didnt look to weigh as much as it did.

what was the total time from seed to harvest?

Thanks for making this report! I enjoy reading about Kannabia strains because they are relatively knew.
You gave a 7 for the growing process but it is an auto. Autoflowers are ruderalis so they are different genetically and can give you quirks.
I wouldn't personally choose an auto but it looks like you got pretty decent results. But the Blue in it can make up for whatever you thought was lacking.

i thought my mataro blue freebie smoked A LOT like the LSD pheno i got with the biggest differences being that LSD had hints of cat piss in early flowering and was shorter. otherwise, both were kind of grapey with an early high and creeper stone. i guess i'm REALLY sensitive to getting stoned. both strains eventually put me to sleep after a couple hours. i wouldn't call their stones mild except at the beginning
