LA Confidential LED

Hey I'm some what new to this since I have only grown a plant one other time. I have a 90 watt LED UFO and two CFL lights around 40 watts. The LA Confidential plant is in fox farm ocean and I am watering with tarantula nutrients once a week. The tempature is 70 and humidity around 60 The plant is about two feet tall and I just started flowering, all the white hairs are just starting to show. I was just wondering how you guys think the bud will come out? Thanks

Should do well! I'm only on my second grow, I'm using 2 of the quadband UFO's + 2 glowpanel 45's for sidelighting and supplement with 200 watts CFL once I flower.. but I also have 5 diff strains going. My first time around I averaged about an 3/4 oz per plant and had 5 plants and it'll do even better if you utilize LST and supercropping techniques. I LST'd one of the five my first time and it almost doubled the yield vs the others, almost 2 oz! This time I LST'd them all! Happy growing and post some pics if you get the chance..

Thanks for the replies. I got it from a club at about two feet tall and started flowering as soon as I got it. But I will keep posting pictures and updates and I'll try to use a better camera next time too haha. I'm also throwing a platinum kush clone in with it and I'll have pics of that later.

Just wondering how are your buds coming out using the LED lights

It's really just about growing conditions--not all of us can grow in situations where we have a lot of ventilation, especially the people just growing for personal use (like myself).

LEDs might not produce the same yield, but not all of us care about yield--LEDs do produce very comfortable growing conditions--less heat, less noise, lower electric bill, etc.

That's worth the extra expene, to me, but someone else may have different priorities.

That's what's so fascinating about growing--there are so many different ways to do it, and so many different circumstances to grow in.

That's why I chose to try LED lights, they're more cost efficient and I'm doing this as a hobby and for personal use. I don't need big yields or to make money off of it. And I have had some good bud from friends who have used LEDs also.
