Just got out of the hospital..Long story short the results of some tests that were ran showed traces of the chemical compound known today as 'bath salts', or so i was told by a man who I think was a nurse. I haven't seen the lab results first hand, but requested them.

I just tried looking up the chemical name of 'bath salts', and it seems that it isn't even a detectable substance?! What the fuck is going on here RIU...I don't know who to ask.

Is it illegal for the nurse to give me fake information?

I don't see why he would but..people are crazy idgaf about his reasoning just what is true and what isn't.

Bath salts is slang for the new range of "legal" highs, such as mephedrone, but it is undefined chemically, so he could also be referring to amphetamines or something like that.

He specifically mentioned the zombie stories. So it's becoming apparent that he's talking out of his ass. Bath Salts aren't made from mephedrone anymore, according to my research. Regardless, he should've told me something along the lines of your post..not just told me I was laced with a cannibal drug. I'm thinking about putting some heat on this piece of shit..I mean these are serious false accusations to make. Not cool at all.

I don't think meph was ever actually used as bath salt...but the name came from the fact that these legal highs were sometime sold as a bath salt by some people to make it easier to sell on the open market. Bath salts are clearly not meant for human consumption, which protects the seller to a certain amount.

It's just a generic name for amphetamine-like substances. Yes, he shouldn't have called it that...he should have been more specific. He was probably just unsure what else to call it, but it doesn't seem very professional to me. I wouldn't bother getting him fired over it though...unless he was being real aggro about it? There must have been something in the test results to make him say it. Best find out what before getting aggro yourself!

He fucking assumed and accused me of straight up doing bath salts! That's a good enough reason to make him say this shit. You better believe I'm angry. He didn't even offer the laced weed theory until after it became obvious I hadn't consciously taken 'bath salts', much to his disbelief.

How do I check if it's on any official reports? I would sleep just fine at night if I got this guy fired. He needs to behave professionally and watch what the fuck he does. This is some serious shit...

You should be talking to the doctor not a nurse, tell him you want him to explain it in laymens terms not medical jargon. But that happened to one of my sons mates he had been snorting meow and the person he bought from had laced it with bath salts, he to ended up in hosp, I'm not saying that's what's happened to you but it does happen if you don't know what's in the stuff you buy, but you defiantly need to speak to someone higher than a nurse.

The point is, you can't test for bath salts. I haven't gotten the official report yet, but at the moment my conclusion would definitely be, my metadate cd pills created a false positive for amphetamines. Dumbass nurse man decided to play doctor for a bit and accuse me of doing bath salts. Read the quote below.

Well you still need to talk to a doc, a nurse is not qualified to tell you anything like that, so he shouldnt be telling you anything at all I know this because my daughter is a nurse ask to speak to the doc.

While it is not a nurses job to reveal test results it must be considered that he did see something on the results.

I would not get bugged out until I saw the test results myself and had a doctor explain what is in the report.

I would not push for the guys job, that is a bit crass.
If i could have everyone fired that I thought may need it ......:cuss:

I've already stated I could sleep just fine at night having this guy lose his job over this, if it's true of course. So far it seems like my results are only positive for cannabis...

No, it scared the fuck out of me to be honest with you. I was thinking about any weed I might have smoked. I was afraid to smoke my weed..I didn't sleep till 6:30 AM after coming home at 4 from the hospital.. Not cool at all.
