Larger leafs blocking light?

I am entering week 5 of flower and I am curious about the benifits/downfalls of trimming off larger leafs to get more lighht to the buds beneath them. Should I cut them off? Or just pull them off? Is there a right and wrong way to do this? Is it worth it? Or is it just damaging the plant

I only clip off the leaves if they are diseased....if healthy I leave them alone, they are the solar panels for the plant.

I used to lollipop and all that, found it better to just leave the plant alone and let nature do its thing.

leave them, they're feeding your plant when the plant doesn't need them it will abort them.
