leaf curling

The sides of my plants some more then others are curling up, I thought maybe it was due to.over watering or maybe lack of because the water evaporates so fast but I'm not sure. I changed what I used to water them so it goes deeper into the soil, because I don't think it was getting to them, it seem to have improved and brought the curling down on a few but still some of the leaves are curled up

what pH r u watering with and what is in the soil?

I'm unsure of the ph levels, I will be getting a test kit this week and some pHup/pH down. If it were too low, wouldn't they have signs of burn or no? Or is it you think because they are not at the right levels it isn't getting the proper nutrients. That are in the soil?

Soil wise it is Fox farms happy frog and just right lite formula 420. I wanted to stick with the formula 420 but I could only find it in one store here and I bought their last two bags, I went with this blend of fox farms because i had used it previously with an outdoor grow and the results from that were great.
