Leaf problems Help Please

Hello. I am new to growing cannabis plants....

I have two female plants that are getting started to drop yellow leaves.

They are 4 months old and as shown in the bellow pictures.

4 months indoors and you're not even flowering yet? Most strains will go from seed to harvest in less time that, and vegging for more than a month indoors is uncommon. Anyway, you've got some pretty nasty nutrient burn. Back off your nutrients and go do some research so you'll have at least some idea of what you're doing.
