Leaf septoria or??

Hi all,

First time grower and new to the forum as well. I'm growing outdoors Southern Ontario, Canada. I'm in need of some assistance identifying this issue that has come up. I'm not certain what has caused these white spots but they are spreading rapidly on multiple plants. Is this an example of leaf septoria? These pictures aren't exactly like anything I can find online so I'm not sure what I'm dealing with. I've also been looking at pictures of spider mites but I don't believe that's it.

The two strains are headband and cherryhead. They are in promix HP soil and have been given fish based fertilizer so far. They were all doing pretty well until now. PH in water is fine. They mid March so around 14 weeks old. The tallest plant in 5'. Any guidance on this would be appreciated!

Many thanks

Mix 1 tsp neem oil to a 1/2 tsp silica or a couple drops of soap per quart of water and shake the hell out of it I use a mini blender. Put it in a spray bottle or pump sprayer and spray the entire plant, under the leafs too

Leaf hopper feeding marks.

I will give this a try as soon as my neem oil arrives, thanks!

YES! Thanks for this, it was driving me mad not knowing exactly, but now that you mention and I compare the marks that has to be it! At least now I know what I'm dealing with. I feel a little silly now not proactively spraying the plants but learning lots.
