Fluke makes a quality IR therm for about $100 while Klein's is $30. Thermal Imaging Camera's jump to $700 and well up so IR laser seems accurate enough with a 2 degree Fahrenheit MOE.

Whatcha all use to measure your leaf temp?

Little infrared laser pistol, accurate up close and a great dog toy.

I use a cheap ass Chinese iR gun that’s been tested against a Fluke. Shockingly enough, the surface temperature of the things I tested the two on were practically the exact same thing. Disregarding the tenths of a degree that were off.

The Fluke and the Klein are definitely better build quality and just felt better.
