I am thinking maybe N toxicity..but there are many things to consider first... when did you water last, how close if the light, what type of light, what are the temps, getting decent air circulation, are you feeding, what and when to name a few... read this... http://www.growweedeasy.com/nitrogen-toxicity-cannabis and check out this...

With those dark green leaves I'd say a bit Nitrogen Toxicity

i would say it looks like N tox what r you feeding and how often looks as if your getting to much nitrogen i would recommend stop feeding them and let them dry some and water with normal water

You have that special eagle claw strain. As suggested back off the nutes. Flushing or plain waterings for awhile would be good. My wife overfed my ladies once at like 1400ppm in veg and it was a sad state of affairs for awhile. Using a TDS meter is invaluable IMO as once you know what ppms/tds your plants like its a quick easy way to ensure you are not overfeeding them. They are 10$ on ebay.
