Leaves are hardened and curled down and some brown spots/tips.. PLEASE HELP

I actually have fabric pots but I only have one gallon, 3 and 5gal and I wanted to start them in something small instead of going straight to one gal. I used peat pots last time which worked great for me however they did get a little bit of mould on the outside of those pots but I transplanted them before they were affected but I am trying different methods to see what works best. Being a new grower I have tried many different routes, jiffy pellets, rapid rooters, a heating pad(which fried my seeds because the temp setter didn't work right...I tried coco coir, soil, peat moss/soil, burpee garden coir, literally everything, with no luck. I thought the ocean forest soil was no good but it was only because I was mixing it with coco. Everything I've read now says to use it alone so, I will transfer them to the one gal fabric pots and I'll make sure to get them into better soil asap. Since I've stopped watering and taken the bag off it has already started looking a tad better so hopefully, after doing this, it will perk back up. thank you so much for all the advice, I'll keep you posted!

One week later before and after on the one that had issues with after returning home from a trip(it was being overwatered bc I had a bag over it to keep the humidity up w a humidifier going and no holes in the bag so it was probably 90 degrees Fahrenheit so it was over heating as well). I transfered it to a clay pot and the roots were still white ad thick and growing like crazy when I took them to put him in a fabric pot 4 better air circulation(I was going to do that anyways but I didn't want to out them into a 1 gal too soon I like to go up in size slow.) Also, I think the plant was putting so much of it's energy in the bottom leaves but I think they were too fried so I clipped them off. The ppm levels were also still too high so I had to flush the soil AGAIN..BUT thank god now it's not curled down/dropping it's finally looking better/standing taller! Just wish the moisture content on the leaves would bounce back and that it would start growing more bc it's now stunted. The other white Og kush that will be posted next was only one day older than this one and it's huge compared to last week's pics!!
*The little bit if white stuff on the more recent pics is an aloe Vera mix that I create and water them sit and put on their leaves so there's still some residue on them. But I am at least grateful that it's perked back up some!! And the soil looks wet bc I had to flush it and I drained it out the best I could. I just won't water again until it's pretty dry. What do you guys think? I need all the advice and constructive criticism as I can get! From unfortunately killing the last two rounds of plants and running into all the issues I did, I learned so much through those failures. I REALLLLY want these last three to make it!! I have out SO much time, money, effort, energy, etc into this and I just want the same euphoric satisfaction from seeing the final product and testing what worked so hard for. Anyways enough of my rant. Here they are: the 1st pic is before & the last 2 are 1 week after the changes.

Now this is the one that has been doing good the whole time. The one I just posted WAS the same size as this one but now he is stunted. He should look like this one! However I have faith in him that he will still grow big and strong. Anyways, back to this one. My only concern is that some of the bottom leaves are turning yellow? Other than that tho he is thriving. 1st pic is from bwdieeeek

Flush?! What? Your soil looks a little thick, like too much compost.Hard to tell.

Growing isn’t that complicated but you must have good dirt to start otherwise your spinning in circles. From what I’ve read your going to feed bottle nutes? I saw ppm somewhere. Plain promix HP is what you want. No chunks in it lots of perlite etc. I often see people spend money on FF soils only to feed it salts after 3 weeks. Why bother by promix or coco and start feeding. The key is to feed to runoff. You need an elevated tray so all the runoff goes away. Anyway what is your nutes? Here’s a pic of promix. Nice and light great for growing weed with liquid fertilizer.

And lastly we have the runt which is slightly older than the two I just posted. I thought he was t gonna make it but then showed signs of growth so I kept him around to see what he'd do and glad I DID bc he has grown so much in such little amount of time. In the 2nd and 3rd pics you can see that it's dropping slightly due to overwatering when I flushed so I will wait a while b4 watering again but so are they are looking a lot better. Fingers crossed. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Good news is they'll all come around once you make the changes they need.
First pics of your post are terribly overwatered.
Others look overfed.
None look like light is an issue.
You're doing too much. Don't baby 'em.
Let the pots really dry out before your next watering.
Nutes at 1/4 strength after that and increase slowly.
Lift your pots once fully dry and then again after watering. It will give you an idea of how long to go in between.
Small plants in large pots are tricky because they don't suck up much water at that stage. So your medium stays waterlogged longer.

Look like you water too much or you used cheap soil.

#1 update: week 4ish: This is the baby that was stunted/dying at first then I dealt with wilting/over watering issues. It also developed brown spots(the last pic which was taken a few days before the first 3 pics). The first 3 were taken two days ago. I wasn't sure if it was from over watering or leaf septoria so I cut off the damaged leaves and stopped watering for a few days and started giving them 6 hours of light for a rest period since they have been running 24/7 under 330 watts I cut the watts down to half way also..since then he has been doing a lot better minus the hole which happened in recovery. Does anyone know why? Thanks for all the advice.
Also, I have been confused how you get 10-20% run off without soaking your plant? When I put the amount that I think is necessary, none ever runs out the bottom. So do I keep adding more until it does? Or does this mean I don't have enough perlite?

#2 update: week 3: pics taken 2 days ago. This is the one that I thought really wouldn't make it, he was suffering horribly from being over watered and I believe also high heat and high humidity bc I had a bag over him while I was away for two days smh. Anyways, I cut off the worst leaves and made sure to keep the humidity and heat in check. I also let them be and got them on a better watering schedule. He has finally caught back up with his twin and is now the tallest! There is a bit of lime green showing in the new growth though, is this normal?(it's the one on the right in the back the last pic)

Just curious, why did u put a bag over the plant

#3 update: week 3: all 3 are white Og from seedsman. This is the one that hasn't given me any issues yet except I think she's been a bit hungry. Other than that this one has done the best out of the three. & He has grown the most on the bottom also, however, it's a tad bit yellow and all three plants on the lighter green side..?
