Leaves drooping...Ready for transplant?

Hi guys! Doing my first grow here. Currently I have a Banana Mac clone that is 1 month old ( was planted 11-15-20). Its currently in a pretty small pot. I also have 3 autoflowers in solo cups. They were planted 2 weeks ago today so there about 14 days old. I noticed on one of the autos the leaves look droopy and discolored and withered & the clone has some leaves that look the same. Just wondering what I did to cause that & when I should transplant these? I want to put them all in 3 gal fabric pots.
The 3 auto flowers are Mephisto Genetics, 2 Toofless Alien & the other is Hubbabubbasmelloscope.

Looks fine. For the small cups use a shot of water to each. Every time you see it dry and make sure u have a couple holes in the cup for the soil to breath and dry out.
-Mac: Make sure it’s not dry and water it. Pick it up if it’s light give it water. Or measure the soil with a tester. Don’t cut too much off let it grow. For LSt It so the bottoms can reach the top. You may want to feed it nutrition if ur not already

I'm already feeding at about 330ppm. When do you think the clone & autos will be ready to transplant?
