Leaves green but limp and lifeless, new growth is twisty and has yellow tips. Help!

Hi guys, this is my first HPS grow and one of my plants is having some pretty severe issues the last week or so. I've looked at the moisture stress sticky but I'm damned if I know which problem (or problems) relate to my plant!

The plants are about 6 - 7 weeks old now. I'm growing in BioBizz light mix and have been feeding with BioBizz grow. I feed the recommended amount with every watering, although I may have gone slightly overboard with the last batch (only by a few ml per gallon). The light is a 600w HPS. I'm afraid I don't know the temps or humidity cause my meter hasn't arrived yet but the other plants are showing no signs of heat / light stress or any of the symptoms of this plant. The plants were also super cropped about 3 days ago but the other plants have showed no sign of injury from this process. I thought I might have over fertilised so yesterday I gave the ladies plain water pH'd to 6.4 with a splash of mange-cal + containing some micro nutrients. Watered until there was a tiny bit of run-off from the bottom of the pot.

As you can see the plant is quite a dark green colour, no obvious signs of deficiencies but this one just really isn't digging life right now. It's limp and lifeless and definitely worse than it was yesterday. Am I over fertilising / watering? I have a feeling the answer is both and I'm a noob so I realise that's probably the answer - I just find it really hard to decide when they're under-watered or over-watered!

Thanks in advance for your input,

Also note the slight wrinkles around the leaves in the third picture. Don't know if that gives any more clues as to what's wrong?

Cheers

Over watering: leaves appear full and healthy, but they droop heavily. Often, the tips of the leaves actually begin to curl back into the main stem.

Under watering: leaves appear weak and likewise droopy, but they tend to just droop straight down, like they have no life left. Often they'll start to shrivel up. Limp is how I'd describe it.

Cheers for the input fellas! Yesterday I gave it a decent watering though until there was water running out of the bottom into the tray, could it still be under watered? I've been watering them roughly every two or three days as well and they're under 12" tall

It might be still healing from the supercropping. That process isn't usually too stressful to a plant but that one looks like it has pretty thick stems which couldve made it a little more of a trauma to bounce back from.

Also, there's a lot of leaves on there so if it is warm wherever youre growing from that 600watt the plant could be burning through the water fast..maybe faster than every 2 or 3 days like you mentioned.

One last thing is some plants are pretty sensitive to being root bound, and your pot doesnt look that large. Sometimes I find that if a plant is losing vigor and showing stunted growth that transplanting to a larger pot helps..more space for the roots and they can hold more water. Good luck

Thanks BustinScales. That plant did take the most damage from the supercropping, slight abrasions in the stalk and stuff. However, some of the leaves below the bend point are suffering as well, particularly the fan leaves. Could this just be a natural reaction all over the plant to the stress?

The pots are 2gal but the plants filled up the 1L pot in like a week so I think the roots are pretty vigorous. I'll transplant as soon as I can pick up some pots.

Ok y'all were right - it was under watered. Didn't realise quite how thirsty the girls could be!

Thanks for the help,
