For growers who wait for problems and deficiencies to spread to the whole garden and then start to think about what they've done wrong, YES, it's not an iron deficiency!

Just give them some time. Leaves do not pop out full of chlorophyll. It can take a few days for them to become fully green. I dont think there is any problem at all. Other than an over protective parent.

Those leaves are fully grown and you can clearly see there is an def or something

Looks like they could just use a bit more N. Thats about it. I have grown LSD in the past and they are heavy feeders and like their N.

Those waxy leaves with interveinal splotchy chlorosis not only tell you that you have an iron deficiency going on, they also give you a clue that you're feeding wrong. What/how much exactly did you feed your plants the last time?

Yeah maybe back off the P some and up the N a bit. Too much P can inhibit the uptake of N.
