Greetings all,
I've recently started experimenting with making cana-caps with coconut oil. I'm familiar with lecithin and its boot to bioavailability, but have a quick science question:
Should I add the lecithin before or after infusing the coconut oil?
With my limited chemistry and biology knowledge, it seems worth asking: do I want to emulsify the oil and then infuse into the emulsified oil, or should I infuse into the oil and then emulsify the result?
I appreciate that everyone has opinions and experiences, and perhaps that's the best I'll get (and it's welcome), but I'm really looking for this to be answered as a science question that would apply regardless of what was infused into the oil.
Many thanks!
