LED has two switches flower and veg, throw them both on amiright?

Hey guys, I have been poppin seeds and waiting for my other 2 lights which finally arrived. All 4 of them are advancedledlights.com diamond series 300w. So i just wanna make sure im not going to overload my little darlings by flipping both switches.
