And the hits keep coming @MarsHydrofactory
Yeah I doubt I'll be able to get a full refund or will have to pay some shipping to get it fixed so I'll just stick with these till I get new lights or they burn my house down lol. I only have the mars hydros in my veg room though I have 4 phlizon 1000w (250w from wall) and like the other dude said they arnt the best lights but I wish I would of just got more of them they are more powerfull even though not as good diods the cobs make up for it and they won't fucking kill me when I'm sleeping.

Edit- just noticed your the other dude with the phlizons I've had mine for like almost 2 years no prob. The mars hydro straight out the box is shocking me and im seeing this is a bit common with their stuff.

Check the wiring on the plug...if its a 120 AC then reverse the hot and neutral (dont change the ground if its connected) and see if the problem continues or could be a wiring issue in the house also.
I have seen this issue posted a few times and it has been fixed by simply reversing the lines...just a thought.:P

Yeah they messaged me asking for my email and order info I told them no point I know how the warranty and shipping works to get it fixed or replaced and it will just cost time and money. And if I was to get a replacement one I would prob have to fix the same problem I might try to fix them but I'm not buying from them again. We shouldn't have to re wire the lights train your ppl how to wire shit properly.

No, sorry I do NOT work for or am I affiliated in ANY way with Mars.
I just don't like seeing people get shocks or potentially burn down their house.
If I can offer some simple fix knowledge I do...simple as that. :P

I suggested at the light to get swapped, but it can be anywhere along the wiring all the way back to your wall outlet.
If you do it at the light and it fixes the problem then you could have the wires reversed at the wall and never know it or have a problem with most electronic devices.
I believe it has something to do with the surge protection circuit in the driver...if the hot line stays connected and neutral is being switched (with a timer) the caps allow small amounts of electricity to flow...and diodes dont need much to 'glow'.

That is not at you in anyway good Sir I just hate when the big stores fuck people over again and again as always thank you for your time and the best of luck to you and your
I'm the same...hate big stores that make tons of money want more and more for something they should be absorbing from the end revenue...not the user. :P

Yup I'm in that boat...just can't see spending that much on a light when I'm supposed to be growing to save $...made my own for way cheaper...was something like $0.80 per 15 watts...I turned voltage down so they don't heat up and get about 126 watts from 18 disk/pucks...2 of panel of 18 in a 2x4. :P
