I'm certain the hlg makes more light than your previous one. I'm not trying to be an ass, but it's not the light. It's something else.

Do qb led grows does the room temp need to be higher then 85 to get leaf surface temps up for the plant to break down sugars

I agree think it’s grow temps what’s your grows like do you use qb leds?

83-85F for non CO2, supplementing CO2 you can have temps 85-89F.
Veg times could be slower because of the QB’s spectrum and intensity compared to your old light.
You also topped the plant while it is fairly small and it is in a large pot for it’s size. Give it time to recover and for the roots to fill the pot.
You want the roots to be established before doing any topping. If you are feeding every couple of day’s then the plant doesn’t have enough root mass. Once the plant fills the pot with roots and you can feed 1-3x a day, then it will respond to topping much quicker.

I use led boards, but not hlg qbs. My temps have varied from 25c to 33c. I didn't really notice a difference when the temps changed, but I'm only on my third grow with leds. I like the boards. I've used cmh and hps previously. At 320 watts the boards I have are much more powerful than the 315cmh I used before. A 600w hps has more output, but I'm not sure which would grow more in real life.
I think the most common reason for a small plant to stop growing for a while is too wet soil.

Definitely can be spectrum my other light must have had way more blue rather then a more well balanced spectrum has abit of everything
I did top when it was in a one gallon I’ll give it some time

Heres a tip for your next grow, waiting for the 6th node is a noob meme and a waste of time, just top it at the 3rd node if you want to mainline (or distribute energy without mainlining). No offense to you, you cannot help the fact that poor information gets spread on the internet. If a seedling cant handle getting topped at node 3 it's not a cannabis plant.

I thought it was a vigorous seed cause I soaked it in water for 12hrs then put in coco and 30hrs later in coco it broke ground I never had one come that fast

My main problem I think was I had it to far from the plant / didn’t have it turned up at all and my temps were low just since yesterday of moving the light to about 28” and haven it turned up to 2/3rds I’ve noticed some new growth
