LED panel half dead

Hmm, at 580 ma that driver will only drive an xm-l2 to about 1w or a 36v cob to about 20 watts. Still, you can probably push 3 cobs per driver so you can turn that box into 120 watts of broad spectrum led for about $100 (citizen 1212's). That's the equiv of 4 T5's (200W) and enough to veg a 2x4 tent.

Yes. Either the 80 or 90 cri are fine. Don't forget holders unless you just want to "glue" them with thermal paste and solder the connections (the holders are solderless).

it is seldom the driver ..almost always the board with" those" kinda panels...sorry ...it happens

Looks like I'm going the 6 cob route, seems to be easy and is pretty cheap.

Thanks for the help everyone. I've been out of the game for about 4 years, can't believe how far LED lighting has come. Now I want to convert my whole setup to homemade LED.
