led question

how many led watts does it take to grow one plant?? im new to the LED game and fell onto an LED street light, 12watts each color red yellow and green for a total of 36 watts my grow box is 30 inches by 16 inches and im doing an LST grow will this be good enough light?? i also have 1 13 watt 1 55 watt and 6 26 watt cfls but if i dont need them i would rather try the LEDS so what do u think??

Hrm. Not nearly enough. Mix LED with CFL... That's your best option. It might make...somewhat of a difference I guess.

those arent the proper type of leds to grow with and will not effectively grow.

You won't go wrong with growledhydro Spectras (website pics out of date they look like this now), but you might want to get a bigger space because these lights don't come as small as say a UFO. If I were you I would either stick with the small space and get a UFO or get a bigger space and get a Spectra.
