did you vegged your plants with leds also? do you plan using leds again?

I vegged with t5. Flowered 8 weeks from 12/12. Yes I'm going to use them again

here are some dried pics.........the yield is VERY disappointing..........hoping for at least 3 oz and it looks like half that 1.5 oz
the first grow via ufo led shows very high quality but not good yield.......about .5 grams per watt which is the same as hps.......

I would eat that stuff up...literally. The bud looks delicious eventhough your yield is not that much. Keep on growing though.

i need yield and quality......guess i have to accept the first ufo led grow as a learning experience.......
most people thought the buds would be light and airy......they are frost covered and dank.....just not enough of them

well you shouldnt have expected anything more with led's. The buds look good but you arent gonna get a good yield with them. They just arent there yet man, sell that shit and get a 1000 watt hps and see how many more dense big potent buds youll get.

i have 2 80 watt floro for clones
i have 4 110 watt t5s for vegging/light flowering
and i have 2 ufo leds for experimenting vegging and flowering

Ive never used LED's before, and actually ive heard some not so great things about them, but it seems that they work fine if your just growing for yourself. Looks like youve got a nice set up as far as lighting and whatnot. Props bro.. props, keep it up.

(I like the fact that you have the experimental lighting, it shows real interest)

that's a really nice set up.. i need to get myself a 400w.. working with some flos at this time.. .. still veggin though. so i got time..

imho.........t5s are the best for vegging and getting a 400 hps for flowering with a DIGITAL ballast is also the best
get the cheap 400 hps bulb for around 20$ anywhere on the web or at lowes or home depot
