Left job as a “master grower” Oklahoma

$8/hr. Whew. Thought my 24/7 was more costly as being non profit by laws.

So many twists to this tale. I do think corporate takeover and state prostitution are a vain attempt at commercialization. If you can still, or now. sell overages legally?? More power to you if ethical on your end. If not? F the system. Gift to your limits in front of the dispensaries. It's already sinking that business plan worldwide. Remove the absurd profits. And legalize a fair return on your physical labor and actual expense.

Peace all.
I love it!!! If it were legal here I would do just that!!! Shut these fuckers down!!!

I am shooting my self in the foot here...but here it goes.

The Market Is Already Set...
There is $8960 to a lb.
$4480 grower/seller.
The gram is $20.

The breeders are/ shall remain worth every bit of $100+ per TRUE strain. As long as underground strain collectors hold the line an ban random off naming
aka
"oddball whats overgrow.com auto???!"

Soon, "cup" quality growers will "pan out" the noobs looking to "grow your own"...sad; but true.

Outdoor & Indoor will define their markets deeply. breeders may play into it...like they may not. DEP vs 10ft "dream trees" will be the outdoor market showdown.

P.Hunting should remain OUR dirty little POWER grip...Those bigwig ass hats dont know up from down. Keep it that way!!
Mark My Words...
This little gem will keep clone sellers/breeders/& growers eating in full legalization.

Finally, the Dealers...
I love bud tenders as a job...
however, dealers are in direct conflict...
I would like to see more collectives.
Grower+Dealer+Stoner Group efforts.
kinda like Private Forums...

Rant:
since 2013 we all kinda went ape shit...
$2500 lbs....$15 grams....BHO Madness.
215 threw the market into a wild hay haul.
Rant over:

My point is with 50 growers...dealers can fill new shoes. Brokers!! They are at the front line of the newest hunts to break out of the grow lab.
We need the dealers...
28 strains in a oz. is Worth $560.
& 16 week strains are worth $40 a gram.

Im out...nixon fingers!!!

i agree 100% i been preserving and collecting my own selections for a while and i feel thats a valuable skill right now in this new market and i will not come up off any of my premium selections without a contract to production farm. keeping my cuts in tiers ranging from bulk production cuts - niche long flowering sativa cuts.

[I don’t claim to be a master of anything especially with only 7 years experience ]but I just feel like I need some opinion. From people that have been in the industry or currently in the industry. I recently left my job as their "master grower" at a small farm here in Ok. I came in on they're system which was very minimal and they were growing autos.

They had no experience growing , and only one flower room, got them on a very good organic system and made them some very good clean medicine, and got them 3 flower rooms by the time I left. and I was doing the whole grow ,except the 5 minutes every few days. I would get for help until they're phone rang

But my employers were never satisfied with the amount of production for they're growing environment , and didn't care about much constraints of the buildings , I kept suggesting that they update the A/c and increase airflow to the exhaust and many more suggestions to help but would not take my advice , I was doing all this for 8$ an hour ,I was cool with this until I realized my pay didn't increase after a few harvest and no additional help hired to at least help me to help them , and also brought them my own personal genetics I was working on which now I realized I shouldn't have done, left three cuts of my strains there on my departure.

Also just didn't feel the love of growing anymore from which i just felt like making product just for bussines and not for the patients ,and didnt like cutting corners. I been been growing for 7y and sacraficed time of my life to this plant and even if it is a dream job I'm not selling out like this , heads up if your looking for a a job in this new Oklahoma industry. That being said was I in the wrong for leaving? I did leave a plan of action and assessment though. On the basics on my system upon leaving.
Efff that

Good on you for leaving.

I would make sure wherever you go that your new employer knows you ran a “large” multi room set up

Dumb fuck grow houses here would be better off with undocumented day laborers that hang out on the corner down town but they all want $16 per hour. Whatever, their failure, my gain.

Thats the issue...
growing hemp like corn....

10000 lbs.
Indoor smokers will not factor into any of that profit margin.

80% of that will be blasted into carts...
like the current mega farms are doing.

The amount of bud rot & mold will factor.

The P & L will tell the tale.

Now...
10000 lbs. of Dep Bud.
Im talking about the most beautiful cotton candy caylx they can grow.

from chop to drying. everything will change.
The supply will drive the market into the same soil that grew it.

160,000 oz. in 90 days.
Now how many 10K farmers will it take to kill the dealers off??
Lets play with 100.

Thats 16 Million Oz.

Now ...I bought a pound.
How much did I pay for it??
When is the next time ill buy 1???
90 days??

Ill try to make it cool...
What type of lb. did you buy.
Ill trade you 4oz.
here!...
lmao.

At that rate...The indoor goes DEP.
Instead of 4x4 ...Everyone has a Greenhouse

NOW we get to the old stoners HEAVEN.
Why...?
10000 plant hunts.

The Breeders had better have a SOLID program. OR we'll all be smoking the same exact thing.

What do you think?

I would bring up winter...
but I have seen trees in about 2ft of fresh powder.

So...
If this IS the "future"...
I need to build upon my coco vs dwc experience & get my genetics in order to secure my breeding program.
Save for my greenhouse & land

see you all in 2024bongsmilie

Im on the hunt for a type of high...

Heavy narcotic + Trippy + Trance/Lucid
This has lead me to Landrace plants.
Kinda like remaking skunk & haze

We have so much breeding already done for us but we arent taking full advantage.

Respectfully...Fuck Thai.
When you start to look at breeding it all adds up.

brazil sativa x Indian indica = white widow
colombian x mexican x afgan = skunk
mex. x colombian x thai x india = haze

fast foward to TODAY.
paki x thai x nepal** = og kush

So...
WTF are we doing 30 years later bro!!!??

We should have been LIGHT YEARS from where we are....
We should have had 20+ Staple strains...
Not just Cookies

I get it...
We all got caught in a strain vortex...with everyone learning how to grow & chuck.

Plus we got side tracked with pheno types from the breeding projects of the old school.

with all the legal states we should have had another strain vortex by now.
NL5. Super Silver Haze. Widow
vs
AK47. BBerry. Gdp
vs.
sour diesel. OgK. Urkel
vs
Blue Dream. Zkittles. Cookies. Purple punch.

Its time for a vortex bro.
Am I Wrong??
