Let me know what you think of my major plans for 24x10 room

Room will be 24’ Long X 10’ Wide
walls will be framed with 2x4’s and drywall
I want to do a sealed room so I planned on getting about 5 gallons of black liquid rubber to “paint” onto either the back or front of drywall and silicone all the corners, etc, etc. and then wrap the walls with reflective Mylar(good kind with diamond pattern)

I want to set up equipment like so…
Let me know if it sounds like a crazy idea or something that could be an insane grow/crop

12x plants (state legal limit)
10-12x 600-800 watt LED lights
12x 17gallon totes (RDWC)
12x 10” Plastic Net pots
Hydroton media w/ rockwool to start seeds
100 gallon main reservoir tank
1 1/2 HP water chiller (rated for over 300g)
6-8x wall mounted oscillating fans
36k BTU mini split
24x 4” circle air stones (2x per tote)
2x 3500 GPH air pumps 12valve (2x line/tote)
2-4x burner co2 gas generator (plan to somehow keep it outside of room and duct it throughout the ceiling end to end with duct vents above each plant raining down co2
2x 8” Ac infinity inline fans
2x 8” Ac infinity carbon filters (hooked up to fans, one on each end of room to filter out the room and circulate more air, possibly hook up into the ducting system to rain the co2 down more efficiently)
Titan room controller (control air/heat/co2/humidity)
12x light controller

I could be missing something but you get the idea.. sound like a nightmare waiting to happen or something possibly successful like a mini warehouse ? Lol

Hydro is nice but lots of work. Coco would be a much simpler plan. no pumps, chillers, no worries of water temps or pumps failing. also putting the pots wherever to fill canopy is nice. can't do that as easily with hydro systems

Didnt you already post all of this in the grow room design section? The reason I ask is there was good information already there for you.
