light cycle help??

I have three plants growing right now, under a t5 fluorescent lamp (4 bulbs). On september 28th they will be one month old, they are about 5" tall. My light cycle is 18on/6off, is that the right cycle? or is there any better that would promote more growth?

Yeah leave lights on 24/7 until you're ready to flower, also try using some CFL's Compact Fluorescents above as they are much better, and put the FLO's on the sides.

i wood do it like hum sed but for me its 18/6, but its up to you,,,,
