What light should I use
More info please. What size room, what are the temperatures you are dealing with, and how do you ventilate it. If it's in a basement you could get an HID but if having issues with temperature you may want to pay more and get LEDS. Be careful looking at LEDS because there is a lot of false marketing out there.

Anything with blue in it is fine.

They will fruit after having been exposed for as little as a few seconds but they will be long with tiny caps unless they get at least a few hours a day.

The less intense the better but that is because you don't want to introduce more heat (unless you are in the cold of course) 84 degrees is about as high as you want. Some say lower and slower yields stronger fruit.

I have never proven this.
