.... cool white .... fluorescents .... or MH lamp .... must take heat factor into consideration ....

yeah I us MH 400 watt.....................bUT i WAS USING DAY LIGHT cfl'S..........

I read somewhere that cool was better for veg and warm was better for flowering or vise versa. i just need to know which one it is

cool is better for veg. warm is better for flowering. I was originally going to attempt using only fluoros, cool and warm ones, but now im using the fluoros and MH and HPS.. light is important for your plants.

yes I agree I may take one of the seedlings though and try the whole grow on cfls and then document the differences.
