have u guys tried it? have u heard of it? do u know something about it?

I have read that if u give ur plant 48 hours of darkness right before u harvest it will produce lots of resin.. and thats good, right?
Im not sure if it works or if it's safe.

Im waiting for your suggestions and opinions. mabey u can share some good "tricks" u know or u have read about.
that would be great!

post them! we all want to know more about it.

will be waiting for ur ideas! and dont forget to say what do u think about mine. :eyesmoke:

I heard that putting them thru a 24 hr cycle will get them switchn over faster, but never anythin about resin production

i have read about this somewhere i even heard it can increase yields if left in the dark for a few days at the end of harvest but im unsure if it is true

Ive also heard that. was planning on trying it when the time comes. ive also heard that even straight after cutting the main stem at the base and hanging them upside down in completly uninterupted darkness for two days, has a simular effect. but that might be bull.

this has been said alot and this is what happens when you cut and hang in the dark putting your whole plant in dark while still in the pot i have seen no diffrence then when i cut and put in the dark when its done its done.

this is brought up once a week.

so would removing all the leafs then putting into 24 hour darkness before harvesting then 2 days upside down in darkness after cutting main stem? be a good idea? or should the leafs be removed earlier / later than that?

the leafs should be removed after cutting the plant.
okidoki.. im pretty sure thats not what i was told at the canabis colledge in amsterdam but admitedly i got a big impresion that they really didnt know as much as they made out, n ended up getting myself in an arguement over lowryder.. something it about it being nothing more than a bog weed or sum shit. bolloks

back to the point, just for interest, whats the reason for leaving the leafs till after?

I didnt exactly underastand what u meant  can u specify?

but hell ye, that 48 hours thing is what Im gonna try. one question now :D - when should I water for the last time?
I know that watering in the mornings (when the light turns on) is best for ur plant in veg and flowering stage... but what about the last one?

imo I should water it well right before turning the the lights off (for 48 hours of darkness)

lol I hope u underastood what I wrote here..

well, ruderalis by itself is supposed to be pretty shitty, they get everrything in amsterdam, so they probably dont even bother w/anything thats got ruderalis genes.

how about giving it 48 hours darkness half way through flowering, would that help give bigger yield? then turn lights back on

I have heard the 48hr. dark thing and it makes sense...I have in the past removed almost all of the leaves a few days before cutting so all the plants energy go's to the resin making .. It seems a valid course of action.....I have seen the drastic results of the use of molasses on flowering plants......I'm no expert, But I saw those results
and I was quite impressed..
