So currently in using a cob light,
800W LED Full Spectrum Grow Light
LED output Power: 800W
Actual Power Consumption: 210W
4PCS*200W high intensity COB(64*3W chip on board) my tent size is 32x32x63 what light would I’m you use...

Are you having any issues with your current light setup?

Your tent is approximately 7 sq ft x 35w sq ft would be around 250w of LED so your 210w COB should do quite well in that space.

I currently have a sour plant which is tall “touching the light” and the lower leaves aren’t getting light

A stronger light will give you better penetration yes. But, the issue you are having now is the reason why people top/train their plants when growing indoors.
If you do not want to do any training, your best bet would be to invest in some added side lighting.

What is the brand/model of your light? COB’s tend to penetrate quite well.

Can you post pics of your plant?

The top 12-24” are all you should really worry about, the bottom part of the plant should be defoliated to send energy to the tops and promote good airflow.

my current plant I was given to, was vegged outdoors so it’s tall, it’s a sour plant
