Lighting for a tent upgrade

I need advice on lighting for a bigger tent. I currently have a 48x24x60 tent with a Spider Farmer SF-2000 light. I am looking at a 48x48 tent. The current one is a little too small for three plants. I am not sure how much light I need. Would I need a second SF-2000 or equivalent or would that be more light than necessary?

I use two in a 3x3 and it's too much if your let them get close to the lights so a 4x4 should be good sf2000 has a flower footprint of 2×4 and a veg of 3x4 so you only need to run one during veg atleast for a little bit

They have a 4x4 light I think it's called the sf-4000 all it is is two SF 2000s put together the only difference is is that the sf-4000 is pulling 450 watts and the sf2000s are only pulling 200 Watts

I have been growing two plants that I started a little more than a month apart. I have not been adjusting the lights for veg/flower and this has been working fine. I understand the best way to know something is to try it but I want advice. Could I to the same thing but with 2 sets of plants and put the older ones more directly under the lights and the younger a little askew? I am not trying to win awards with my flower, just decent. I am trying to find away around the second set of lights.
